Local Pickup: You’re welcome to pick up your puppy directly from our farm.

Your puppy can travel in the cabin with a professional flight nanny for extra care and safety.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on location and delivery method. They are calculated separately and will be discussed before finalizing your purchase.

Health & Safety
We prioritize your puppy’s comfort and safety during travel. All puppies are transported in temperature-controlled environments, provided with water, and given regular breaks to reduce stress. Every puppy undergoes a health check before departure to ensure they are fit for travel.
Buyer Responsibilities
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the puppy upon arrival. Timely pickup is crucial to ensure a smooth transition and minimize stress for your new companion.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable unless there is a rare and unforeseen circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the sale, such as breeder cancellation or health issues with the puppy. If you change your mind after placing a deposit, it can be refunded. However, if we are unable to provide the puppy you selected, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Final Payments
Final payments are due after delivery. Refunds for final payments may only be issued in exceptional situations, such as a medical issue with the puppy that prevents them from being delivered or a breach of our agreement. In the event of a refund, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare case that the breeder has to cancel the sale or if an unforeseen issue arises (such as health problems with the puppy), we will provide a full refund of any payments made. We will work with you to find a suitable solution and ensure the puppy’s well-being remains our priority.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our breeding program and our commitment to the health and well-being of our puppies, we do not accept returns after the health guarantee has expired, or if the puppy has been involved in breeding, physical abuse, or neglect. Returns are only accepted within a specified time frame under special circumstances. We prioritize finding responsible homes for our puppies, and your puppy’s health and safety are our highest concern.
Rehoming Assistance
If, for any reason, you can no longer care for your puppy, we are committed to helping you responsibly rehome them. We provide guidance on how to find the best possible home and ensure the puppy’s future well-being. Please reach out to us, and we will assist in rehoming your puppy to a loving family.
Health Guarantee
All our puppies come with a Genetic Health Guarantee, covering any hereditary health issues. If a health problem is identified within the specified guarantee period, we will work with you to determine the next steps, which may include a replacement puppy or reimbursement for veterinary costs. To make a claim, you’ll need to provide the necessary veterinary documentation and follow the outlined procedure. Our goal is to ensure that every puppy remains healthy and happy throughout their lifetime.
